SLT recruitment problems

Some employers face problems recruiting SLTs, with a particular problem faced in some areas.

Regional oversupply and under-supply could become an issue of increased prominence, and provision of services could be at risk. However, problems with an undersupply of SLTs could in reality be linked to issues with the attractiveness of the profession.
